Meet Rick Schindler – Lodge Manager
With more than a decade of experience managing every facet of remote workforce accommodations, Rick Schindler brings a lifetime of hands-on leadership to Holly Ridge. From food service to facility operations, Rick has done it all — and he does it with a genuine passion for people. His calm, team-focused approach and unwavering commitment to customer service make him the perfect fit to lead day-to-day operations at the Lodge.
Rick’s background includes years of success in some of the most challenging and rewarding environments across the industry. He believes that great leadership begins with service — a mindset that aligns perfectly with Mammoth’s culture of hospitality, teamwork, and care for our residents.
Meet Cesar Meza – Lodge Manager
Cesar Meza joins Holly Ridge with several years of experience in the hospitality industry and lodge operations across West Texas and Louisiana. As a proven leader with a strong background in guest services, team management, and operations, Cesar brings both energy and expertise to his new role as Lodge Manager.
Cesar’s leadership style is rooted in communication, teamwork, and respect — qualities that foster collaboration and create a positive environment for staff and guests alike. His enthusiasm and professionalism are already making a strong impression at Holly Ridge, where he’s helping lead the effort to create a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere for all residents.
