Partnering to Support Hyperscale Infrastructure

Mammoth Industries is proud to partner with the CTS Lonestar team in support of a major hyperscale data center development in Haskell County, Texas. Known as the CTS Lonestar – Maverick Workforce Hub, this project represents a critical component of next-generation digital infrastructure and stands among the most significant data center developments currently underway in the United States.

The Maverick Workforce Hub is a private, purpose-built campus developed exclusively to support authorized construction personnel and project partners. The site is not open to the public and is designed to meet the security, operational, and workforce requirements unique to hyperscale data center construction.

This project marks the development of a dedicated workforce hub model designed to enable the scale, speed, and coordination required to deliver advanced cloud and AI infrastructure on an accelerated timeline.

Comprehensive Workforce Housing Development

To support the workforce demands of this landmark project, Mammoth Industries has been contracted to engineer, design, and manage the development of a 300-acre workforce housing campus supporting construction partners and subcontractors.

At full deployment, the Maverick Workforce Hub will provide up to 4,000 beds, positioning it among the largest workforce housing solutions ever delivered in support of a hyperscale data center project. The campus is designed as a fully integrated living and services environment, featuring:

• Modern modular workforce accommodations
• Full commercial kitchen and dining operations
• Laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance services
• Recreation and wellness amenities supporting workforce health, morale, and retention

The project is being delivered in phases to align with construction sequencing and workforce ramp-up.

Project Timeline & Delivery

• Initial Bed Delivery: First 704 beds plus Core Complex scheduled for occupancy on April 14
• Camp Operations & Management: Commence with initial occupancy and scale with workforce demand

Mammoth’s scope includes end-to-end delivery—from site engineering and infrastructure through facility installation, commissioning, and long-term operations—providing a true turnkey workforce housing solution for hyperscale data center construction.
